In this tutorial, I share with you my TOP 10 BEST STRETCHES (my opinion only!) of how I love to use the yoga wheel.
The yoga wheel is a circular shaped hollow object that is a wonderful prop to have as part of your yoga kit. There are so many ways that you can use the yoga wheel to support you on your journey, but many of us aren't sure how to make the most of the wheel. We know it can be a great way to help you improve your flexibility or a strengthening your body.
