DRIVING the 2025 Chevy Tahoe High Country. With the 6.2L V8 engine and Super Cruise.

I'll start with this: I LOVED DRIVING THE 2025 CHEVY TAHOE.

My High Country had a 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 under the hood which is standard on this trim and available on the RST, Z71 and Premier.
it delivers 420 horsepower and 460 lb ft of torque.

The other engine choices are:
a NEW Duramax 3L Turbo Diesel which offers 305 horsepower and 495 lb ft of torque. It's Available for the Z71 for the first time ever.

The standard engine in other trims is a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 which makes 355 horses and generates 383 lb ft of torque.

So, you have choices depending on what you're lifestyle requires. (more towing, longer highway driving, gas prices in your area, etc.)

*Super Cruise is available on higher trims, which may have a free trial with purchase and then roll to a subscription basis. Pay for the times you need it only not for the times you don't.

Here's my overall impression of my 600 mile driving experience:
The drive is SMOOTH and the entire experience in the driver seat is COMFORTABLE. I NEVER fatigued behind the wheel OR as a passenger.

Parking it is SO easy -- I backed it in most of the time but even pulling in the traditional way, was easy because of the turning radius and handling. BUT this trim did have Park Assist (which I never used).

The rumble of the V8 was so great (not loud at all - but I love to hear the V8 accelerate) and merging on and off highways was easy and graceful. No lag, no issue.
