ONLY eating OATS for ONE WEEK! 24 hour food challenge X 7 DAYS.. #week #food #challenge So this week I only ate oatmeal at every meal (21 meals total). Why? Well, you know that I’ve been running out of ideas for 24 hour food challenge videos so I thought why not step it up a notch and instead of doing another 24 hour food challenge, do a WEEK long challenge (yes, 7 days lol) and vlog it all for you in what is a week’s worth of full day of eating videos.
I know a lot of people have done snazzier foods than only eating oats for a week like only eating McDonalds or Kfc food for a week but realistically most likely don’t “REALLY” eat it for the week due not only the price but how bad it really is for you etc. So as I was actually going to attempt this one, I thought that the food would have to be something manageable and versatile yet still fun and “healthy” so why not pick one of my favourite foods (alongside my sweet potato pie and burrito bowl)... OATS!
You can literally add anything to them, still hit your micros, protein etc and make them super versatile along with having many health benefits. So, sit back, relax and enjoy watching me go through 21 bowls of oatmeal over 1 whole week to watch what happens when i eat oatmeal every day, hey you may even get some new oatmeal recipe ideas lol.
