BREAKFAST
Homemade granola recipe:
Ingredients:
Oats - 3 cups
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews) - 1 cup
Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower) - 1/4 cup
Honey or maple syrup - 1/4 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with baking paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt.
3. Add honey and olive oil
4. Mix all ingredients.
5. Bake the granola. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
6. Let the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, it will become crispy.
LUNCH
Bread + cream cheese + tomatoes. Then I add salt, pepper, olive oil, and maybe some herbs on top (basil, dill...)
