Full title reads: "George Formby's Great Charity Concert".
MS George Formby on stage singing in aid of the dependants of men of the Fleetwood Fishing Fleet it is his last concert before leaving for France. He sings "Imagine me on the Maginot Line" (One record gives the title as "Sitting on a mine in the Maginot Line").
