Strengthen your urine stream for stronger flow

If you're experiencing a weak urine stream, poor flow, or finding that it takes you forever to go pee, then this video is for you! A weak urine stream can be a very stressful experience, however it's an issue that can be easily resolved by following a few steps that I highlight in this video. Decreased flow is typically related to having an enlarged prostate as the prostate gland itself wraps itself around your urethra (pee tube). In this video I teach you strategies to help decrease the size of your prostate and also how to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles by performing Kegel exercises to help you strengthen your stream.
