The Strongest of Them All - One Punch Man Power Levels - Season 3

I estimated the Power Levels in this video starting from a baseline of 20 for an average human.
My goal was to quantify the power gaps between the different characters, going beyond the simple Hero Classes (S, A, B, C) and the Enemy Calamity Levels (Unknown, Dragon, Demon, Tiger, Wolf). For the enemies in particular, I broke the Dragon threat level into three distinct power tiers: High-Dragon, Mid-Dragon, and Low-Dragon.
Among S-Class heroes—except for Tatsumaki and Blast—the power differences aren’t drastically large. The only hero who stands halfway above the “average” S-class is Flashy Flash, who in the Manga has shown not only incredible speed but also remarkable durability, managing to stay unscathed even after being hit by Platinum S. Despite this, I decided not to give him a rating above 100k, because it’s still unclear whether his durability was an accidental power-scaling inconsistency in the Manga or a deliberate choice compared to the Webcomic.
Lastly, I took into account the retconned fight between Phoenix Man and Child Emperor rather than the original one (the same goes for Saitama vs Orochi).
If you see a "+" sign next to a level, it means the character’s strength is at least that high.
Lastly, I want to clarify that these power levels aren’t meant to be compared with those from other series (like DBZ, for example).
