If you're looking for a video of how a Shiftpod gets erected watch this! It wasn't exactly what I'd call easy but I did get it done! This is the Shiftpod III model new this year. There was no manual or any instructions, but it's not all that hard to figure out. It's very similar to the Shiftpod II, but I don't know the differences. This does not include zippering in the floor. Even though those orange pull handles broke off (two of them!) it wasn't a big deal, just really discouraging, especially how easily they both came off. Otherwise eveything else seems very high quality & durable. Some gusty winds picked up & almost picked up the pod! So I think I will stake down one side as I'm setting it up if I'm in high winds when I'm first setting it up.
