How to Power Your Starkey (RIC) Hearing Aids "On" and "Off"

Do you wear Starkey Genesis AI hearing aids and want to learn how to power your RIC hearing aids "On" and "Off"? Follow the following steps below:

Turn your hearing aids "On" and "Off" using your charger. Check the charging status: 4 lights = fully charged.

1.) Take hearing aids from charger and place in ears. The "On" indicator plays through hearing aids.

2.) To turn "Off" using your charger: Remove hearing aids and place in charger. Hearing aid turn "Off" and begin charging.

If Equipped with a Rocker Switch:

1.) Tapping the top button will turn "On" the devices.

2.) To turn "Off" with the switch, hold the top button for 3 seconds

3.) "Off" indicator plays through hearing aids.
