On November 4, 2023, eligible voters in Summerland will take part in the Summerland Recreation Centre referendum. To help residents better understand the project, details of the proposed facility, the funding strategy, and how we got to the referendum process, the District of Summerland is sharing information through a variety of means, including a brief video series.
In this video, you can hear about the process leading up to the referendum - starting with the 2018 Parks and Recreation Master Plan - and about the amenities included in the proposed facility.
