Here's another project for how to make a DIY Necklace. For this project I repeated a challenge I set for myself that a few weeks ago where I would try to make a complete necklace with only wire and beads and no findings or chains and this is what I came up with. This tutorial teaches you how to make a complete Scroll Link and briolette Gemstone lariat without having to use pre made head pins, clasps or chain which means you probably have all you need to make it already. With some beads and wire you can have your own unique accessory that’s tailored to your personality.

For the necklace in the tutorial I used 4 feet, 20 gauge copper wire, 1 1/2 feet, 24 gauge copper wire, amethyst, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli, chalcedony, turquoise and peridot briolettes , 1, 15 mmx10 mm Crystal quartz nugget bead, 1, 20mm Circle, 7, 10 mm jump rings, 12, 4 mm bicone crystals, and 1 Scroll and loop closure for a finished lariat that measures 22 inches with an 8 inch dangle that can be adjusted for length. You can use any type of wire, beads, crystals the choice is yours. There’s a lot of versatility in this design so have fun mixing it up!
