The recipe I mentioned is here:
800 g ripe tomatoes,
200 g cherry tomatoes,
250 g sour apples (preferably Antonovkas or Renets),
250 g onion,
225 ml white wine vinegar,
300 g sugar,
175 g raisins,
1 teaspoon allspice crushed in a mortar,
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,
3 teaspoons salt

It is best to blanch and peel large tomatoes.

Dice the tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, apples and onion. Transfer to a pot with a thick bottom. Add sugar, spices, raisins and wine vinegar. Heat until boiling, then simmer uncovered for an hour, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste and leave to cool in a cool place.

The next day, bring to a boil again and cook, stirring, for another 30 minutes - the relish should turn brown and thicken.

Transfer the hot relish to sterilized jars and seal tightly. After cooling, you can pasteurize if the jars do not seal.

The relish tastes best about 2 weeks after making it, when the flavors have combined well.
