Four SIBLINGS Participating in Spring Revolution!

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် မှာကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ လူငယ်တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ပထမဆုံးပေးခဲ့တဲ့ မဲတစ်ချက်ကို ယုံကြည်ချက် မျှော်လင့်ချက်တွေ့နဲ့ ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အစိုးရတစ်ရပ်ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလမှာ စစ်တပ်က တိုင်းပြည်အာဏာကို မတရားသိမ်းယူပါတယ်။ ယုံကြည်ချက် ရည်မှန်းချက်တွေ ရိုက်ချိုးဖျက်ဆီးပစ်ခံခဲ့ရတာကြောင့် ရဲမေ အီကြာကွေး (ခ) အီကွေးဟာ လက်နက်ကိုင်လမ်းစဉ်ကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တဲ့ လူငယ် မိန်းကလေးတွေထဲက တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ရဲမေ အီကွေးတို့ မောင်နှမ ၄ ယောက်လုံးဟာလည်း ဆိုင်ရာ တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ အသီးသီးမှာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အခုချိန်မှာတော့ ယင်းမာပင်ခရိုင်၊ အမှတ်(၉)တပ်ရင်းမှ ရဲမေ အီကွေး ကတော့ ဆေးမှူးအနေနဲ့ရော ဘဏ္ဏာငွေရှာဖွေရေး တာဝန်ကိုပါ ပူးတွဲထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ စစ်သင်တန်းတက်ချိန် ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရတာတွေ၊ တိုက်ပွဲအတွေ့အကြုံတွေ၊ ပေးအပ်ထားတဲ့ တာဝန်အပေါ် အခက်အခဲတွေရှိပေးမယ့်လဲ တာဝန်ကျေပွန်အောင်ဆောင်ရွက်နေရပုံတွေ၊ အားပေးစကားတွေကို ရဲမေ အီကွေးက ကိုထက်မြတ်နဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးမှုမှာ ပြောပြခဲ့တာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိမှာ ယင်းမာပင်ခရိုင်၊ အမှတ်(၉)တပ်ရင်းဟာ “ရှေ့တန်းထောက်ကူကျည်ကာကူ”ဆိုတဲ့ ကမ်ပိန်းလေးကို ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိပြီး မိဘပြည်သူများအနေနဲ့ တတ်နိုင်တဲ့ဘက်ကနေ ဝိုင်းဝန်းကူညီပေးကြဖို့ကိုလည်း တိုက်တွန်းလိုက်ပါတယ်ဗျ။

In the 2020 general election, like many other young people, Comrade Ei Kyar Kway also known as Ei Kway, cast her very first vote with hopes and trust in building a better government. However, when the military unlawfully seized power in February 2021, those beliefs and aspirations were crushed. As a result, Comrade Ei Kyaw Kway became one of the many young women who chose the path of armed resistance. All four siblings in Comrade Ei Kyar Kway’s family are now serving in different resistance forces. At present, Comrade Ei Kyar Kway is serving as a medical officer under Yin Mar Bin District, No(9)Battalion, while also helping with fundraiser for the unit. Comrade Ei Kyar Kway shared her experiences during military training, the hardships faced on the battlefield, the challenges of her current duties, and how she continues to carry them out with full responsibility and dedication. She also expressed her words of encouragement in a meeting with Ko Htet Myat. Currently, Yin Mar Bin District, No(9)Battalion is running a campaign called “Frontline Support – Shield for the Fighters”, and they are urging parents and civilians to contribute and support in any way they can.
