Recipe
1 lb Black-eyed Peas
1 med onion (diced)
4 cloves garlic ( minced)
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 am bay leaves
8 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1+ tsp black pepper
*Whatever meat you’re using...
Extra seasonings to your liking...
Simmer covered for 1 hour until peas are tender .
