Frazer partnered with MG+A to master plan its 30 acre campus with 225,000 SF of existing facilities. The first phase of the master plan included a +/- 2,300 seat Worship Center to be used for contemporary worship services as well as other events. The Worship Center is designed with a large flat floor for chairs or banquet tables with permanent stadium seating in the rear. This project also includes a large Mall area (20,000+ SF) that connects to the existing worship center and other buildings. The Mall area includes a café, bookstore, welcome center and entrance to the renovated children's space. The children's area is equipped with 2 children's theaters, play areas and classrooms themed by Wacky World Studios.
