Ingredients:
600g flour. bread flour / all-purpose/plain flour 300g x 300g
50g granulated sugar
10g salt
10g instant yeast
3 large eggs, at room temperature or 4 small
200ml whole milk, lukewarm
160g unsalted butter, softened and cut into small pieces
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Makes 12 big Buns
Oven 175°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes
Airfryer 160°C (320°F) for about 16-20 minutes
