In this review I found a set of colored pencils, that I felt, some artists could mistakingly purchase, thinking they are buying the Caran d'Ache Luminance. In this review / comparison, we check out if the Gold Horse Colored Pencils are a cheap alternative to Caran d'Ache Luminance or if they are simply another set of scam colored pencils.
