Maxie and Georgie are talking in her hospital room when Georgie tells Maxie that she gets to choose whether she lives or dies. Maxie tells Georgie how she wants a bad boy. Johnny comes in to vent about Sonny and Olivia. Spinelli comes in and tells Johnny that shes dying. They talk about how much Maxie loves Spinelli until Johnny is called away. Spinelli begs her to live and Maxie says that she wants to go back. When Georgie tells her that if she stays she wont remember, but if she dies she will. Maxie chooses to live.
