ArmA2 9M330 Complex Tracking Demonstration

This is a complex target path tracking demonstration. Target makes abrupt changes in altitude and heading while missile compensates. Missile adjustment is made on a predicted path of the general area of the target. Control surface adjustments are minimal during guidance with only sustained deviations having a major effect on flight path.

Missile by nature of tracking algorithm attempts to gain a head-on perspective of the target. Once a head-on perspective is reached (or close to it) the missiles lead is decreased to meet target until proximity fuse fires.
