Hi guys! In today’s video I’m taking you through my full physical, mental, and spiritual glow-up — from the workouts I’m doing to feel strong, to the small changes I’ve made to support my anxiety and energy. This was a really personal one to film, and I hope it gives you some ideas, encouragement, or just a little moment to check in with yourself.

We’re diving into:
– A full lower body workout with my trainer Elise
– My easy post-gym smoothie + high-protein lunch
– Cardio I’m doing with a weighted vest
– Reiki (!), yoga, and giving up coffee to support my mental health

Whether you’re prepping for a trip or just want to feel your best, I hope this inspires you in some way.
