Ugly Drum Smoker Pulled Pork!!!

Welcome back everybody! Today I cooked up an 8lb pork butt that I grabbed from my local grocery store. The cooker that I used in this video was built from a kit that I purchased from udsparts.com. This cooker is your "not so ugly drum" smoker! It puts out great barbecue every single time.
The butt was seasoned with a heavy layer of my own special SPG rub and finished with a good dose of Meat Church Deez Nuts Pecan rub. This combo just goes together. The cooker ran between 275-300 all day long with no adjustments what so ever. It really is a great kit. A little hickory and cherry smoke really turned this pulled pork into something special.
