'Chargrilled' Style Marinated Chicken in Saladmaster | Saladmaster Griddle | Neolife Cooking Club

Hello everyone,
We cannot wait for summer to come so we decided to have an indoor BBQ! This chargrilled style chicken recipe is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Yum! Try it yourself using our fantastic 11” Griddle Pan. Now BBQs are not just for the sunny warm weather.
Ingredients:
Chicken legs, fresh
2 fresh lemon (juice)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 - 1 tablespoons sweet paprika
1/2 - 1 tablespoons tumeric
Pinch of salt
Ground black pepper
Lemon wedges, to serve
Directions:
1) Marinate your chicken with, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar, paprika, tumeric, salt and pepper for at least an hour (overnight works best)
2) Dry your marinated chicken with paper towel make sure to dry it as best you can - this will avoid your burning and sticking to the pan
3) Preheat your Griddle pan for 5-7 minutes on medium heat (do the water test to make sure it's hot enough)
4) Place your chicken in the Griddle pan and cook for 12-15 minutes
5) Flip, and cook for another 15 minutes (If chicken legs are bigger, you may need to cook for a further 3 minutes)
