This is my GTA3 save with a 100% progress and 21 unique, 5 rare and 7 glitch vehicles
I did not use any cheats in this savefile.
Unique vehicles means that you are not able to get them after the 100% progress in the game without cheats or some soft.
I saved all the possible unique vehicles in GTA Vice City
You can find some methods about getting these vehicles in my channel.
