Dog Tested, Dog Approved: The Firewood Shed Gets the Pawfect Floor! Pt. 8

This time on So Basically Homesteading, we’re making real progress — it’s floor board day for the firewood shed! Despite some light rain, the weather is holding and we take advantage of it to rip, cut, and test-fit all the floor boards for the shed.

It’s one of those days where the build feels good, the design starts to take shape, and yes... the dogs have plenty to say about it. Ivy and Ollie cause their usual chaos, while Levi proves he’s the bestest good boy ever.

🪚 Most of the repetitive ripping is skipped in this episode so we can focus on the fit, function, and feel of the shed floor — plus the dog-approved test run!
