Cecilia's Plate is a restaurant located along the highway in the municipality of Mutia, a newly found safe haven that attracted many locals and tourist for a quick sweet escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The idyllic scenery will surely remind you of Baguio in NCR, where tourists dine with nature and enjoy the soothing cold breeze and nice smell of pine trees while being serenaded with local bands, less the traffic jam and lenghty hours of travel. A Strawberry farm which you can buy freshly picked berries and vegetable plantation are amongst the other tourist attractions at the peak of the mountain. Careful when driving because not only that it's an arduous uphill climb, you'll also be greeted with fogs that'll follow you along the way.
