Classy mermaid scoop tumbler tutorial

Another super fun ‘scoop’ tutorial using Poxy Sculpt from CCDIY.. this time it's classy mermaid themed! This is a start to finish video- i go over how to apply the scales, powerwash spray, drips, vinyl and of course... the scoops! In this video you will not only get to see how I make my scoops but ALSO how to make them removable form the tumbler lid so you can properly clean the lid and the topper =)
