She takes us through her journey as a civil servant, from her early days as a district collector to her work on notable infrastructure projects in Mumbai, including the Eastern Freeway, Sahar Elevated Road, Coastal Road Project and of course The Mumbai Metro.

Ashwini shares her challenges, lessons, and achievements, including her role in setting up the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation and leading the Mumbai Metro Line - 3 which earned her the nickname "Metro Woman".
