some people struggle with a mental health condition called OCD that can sometimes lead to unwanted thoughts, and sometimes, pOCD. those people struggle with these thoughts and do not want to have them. on the other hand, there are some people without OCD who also have these thoughts and should not have them either. I wanted to make a subliminal that addresses both of these groups so that everyone can be and feel safe. sometimes people with pOCD cannot separate these thoughts from their overall sense of personhood, so I also wanted to address the thoughts without stigma and focus on keeping everyone safe and healthy.

additionally, and maybe most importantly, this subliminal was worded in a way so that it could be played around others, and therefore keep kids safer by trying to change another person with this issue. this can be listened to by the player of the audio or by placing it around another person to ensure safety for all.
