Simple Pan-Fried Dover Sole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 fresh Dover sole (cleaned and prepped)
2 tbsp butter
Salt (to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Place the prepped Dover sole in the pan.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cook for around 4 minutes, or until the underside is golden brown.
Gently flip the fish and repeat, cooking the other side until golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
