The idea for the The Pogues and The Dubliners doing a song together came about at a folk festival in Vienna. As The Dubliners celebrate 25 years together, they decided that it was a good time to release the joint single ‘The Irish Rover’.
Flo McSweeney introduces The Pogues and The Dubliners and they perform ‘The Irish Rover’.
