According to Rocket Homes, June saw a 24.7% jump in homes sold or pending compared to May, even as listings ticked down 2%—clearly, demand remained strong despite the holiday pause
Meanwhile, median sale prices cooled slightly (–3.9% year-over-year to $365 K), yet with 82% of homes selling below asking price, buyers still hold leverage
