I don't think i'll ever get bored of making cookies. They are a favourite in my house and because they're quick to make it's an easy weekend treat to bake.
These ones are particularly rich. So if you like chocolate i'd go for these.

Ingredients
150g dark chocolate, melted
150g butter, softened
175g golden caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium egg
175g plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
100g milk chocolate, chopped into chunks
100g white chocolate, chopped into chunks
100g dark chocoltae, chopped into chunks
