One of the most common reasons for wasted ad spend in Google Ads has to do with improper location targeting settings.
The default location targeting setting when creating a campaign in Google Ads is to target people who are both present or interested in your targeted locations.
However, people who are simply “interested” in your targeted locations can live anywhere in the world.
