From 25–27 July 2025, at Rob Ferreira Hospital in Mbombela, a dedicated team of 40 volunteer healthcare professionals came together for Operation Smile South Africa’s latest surgical program. In just three days, they performed 35 life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries, surpassing the original goal of 25.
