Deep Diving ECS

AWS ECS Deep Drive Talk presented at the Wellington AWS Users Group on February 12th 2018.

A walk through the Amazon ECS architecture powering the carnival.io platform, including CI/CD pipeline, autoscaling and dealing with some unique headaches caused by the need to rapidly scale to address request volumes from millions of cell phones phoning home.

This talk is technical, but include content appropriate for both beginners wanting to know how ECS functions and experts wanting to see just what can be accomplished with the platform.
