RELAX Body • Mind • Soul is a relaxation exercise by Oscar Ichazo that he presented to a group of his students in 1968 to produce deep relaxation and provide complete awareness of our limbs, organs, and organic senses. This exercise results in a subtle and profound effect on the body's systems, which are stimulated and unified at the same time. With this exercise, you will feel calm as your body, mind, and soul enter a deep state of relaxation. You may do this exercise at any time. It is excellent preparation for sleep.
We recommend lying on your back on the floor with your feet facing the speakers. Bluetooth speakers will do. If you do not have speakers, headphones will provide a deep relaxation experience.
