This hotel opened in May of this year, relocating from an older location a couple of miles away, which is now a Best Western Plus. The elevators run great and have really nice cabs, but are unfortunately very boring. Some people may disagree, but I’m not a fan of many of the newer elevators Otis has been installing lately. To me, they seem cheaply made and not up to the typical standards I expect from them. While most newer Otis elevators are maintained well and run fine, the quality of the elevators seems to be lacking compared to the likes of Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, and even KONE.
