Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Rolls & the best Chunky Guacamole Recipe. These avocado egg rolls are just like the yummy crispy appetizers found at The Cheesecake Factory but made at home!
Best Yummy Chunky Guacamole:
3 avocados
1 lime
½ medium red onion
2 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño pepper
½ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Roll filling:
3 avocados
1 lime

4.5 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
10~12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for pan-frying
Siracha Sweet and Spicy Sour Cream Sauce:
½ cup sour cream
1.5 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp honey
½ lime
