Toreno's Last Flight in a Dodo - GTA San Andreas

Months have passed since the Kamikaze Dodo has last struck, but now the wait is finally over. In a new challenge, I try to beat "Toreno's Last Flight" by using my favourite aircraft to sabotage the Loco Syndicate's operation in San Fierro. Can CJ do it again and wreak havoc in San Andreas' airspace?
