This is my Gaggia classic pro paired up with the Rok GC hand grinder. These to make one of the best espresso machine and grinder combos on the market for the price. Pulling shots of espresso on this set up is fun and easy. The perfect entry espresso machine set up. This set up gives you a great deal of control on tweaking espresso parameters like ground size, and paired with a Mr. Shades 9 bar mod can give undistinguishable flavour profiles from higher end machines. Not to mention the Gaggia Classic Pro in matte black looks amazing. Ground on the 5th click, the Phil and Sebastian Coffee Roasters Beans (R3 Hartman Wash +Natrl - Panama) easily exemplify notes of rosewood, dark chocolate, and cherry with vibrance and poise.
