12 Hours in Tallinn | Christmas Market in Estonia

Hi, we’re Landon and Kenz! We spent the second part of our Christmas vacation in Tallinn, Estonia. We started our day by heading over to the Port of Helsinki to catch a ferry boat with the Eckerö Line for our 2-hour trip to Tallinn. As soon as we arrived in Tallinn, we headed straight to the town center to check out the Christmas Market. There were live musical performances all day, which only added to the holiday festivity. Kenz got tons of souvenirs here and throughout the day. After the market, we got lunch at the famous medieval restaurant, Olde Hansa, where we ate elk, boar, and bear, oh my! We explored the city more after lunch, stopping at the Kohtuotsa platform overlook, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and Toompea Castle. All three were so beautiful! We grabbed some coffee and pastries at Maiasmokk Cafe before ending our night back in the lit-up Christmas market. We definitely recommend a visit to this cute little Baltic country! It’s a can’t-miss if you find yourself in Helsinki. Thanks for watching!
