Chakki Barfi
In this Recipe we have Used Total 150 gm - Ghee
Recipe
Switch On the Flame
Take a Pan and add
80 gm - Milk
40 gn - Ghee
Heat Properly and Switch Off the Flame
Take a Bowl and add
250 gm - Coarse Besan
Above Mixture add Slowly Slowly and Mix
And Make a Dough and Give Shape of Muthiya and Fry in Ghee till Golden , In Medium Flame
Take a Pan and add
250 gm - Khoya ( Mawa )
Roast Properly till light golden then add
110 gm - Ghee
Mix Properly then Roast till Dark Golden
Make a Piece from this and Crush With Hand and Seive it ( Big Whole Wheat Seive)
Syrup
Take a Pan and add
250 gm - Sugar
200 ml - Water
Mix and Cook
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Pinch - Saffron Soaked in Water
Pinch - Saffron Colour
Boil till 1 String Consistency , Switch Off the Flame and Add Mawa Mixture and Besan Mixture .Mix Properly
Take 7 by 9 Tray and Grease With Oil and Pour Mixture
Rest for 8-9 hours Outside , Sprinkle Some Almonds and Pista, Cut and Serve
