ACP (Retd.) Isaque Bagwan of Mumbai Police revealed the Secret behind encounter of underworld don Manya Surve. The young, dashing and science graduate from Kirti College, Dadar, Mumbai Manya Surve entered in the world of Mumbai's Gangwar unknowingly due to his elder brother Bhargav Surve. After convicted life imprisonment to Manya, He ran away from Yerwada and Ratnagiri Jail. He made his own gang with gangster Sheikh Munir and many. Manya Surve wants revenge of injustice by Mumbai Police. He targeted many Police Officers to death. He looted Banks, Cash Vans and many extortion cases by death threat to Businessman. After 2 years high level search, Police Inspector Bhide got a clue of his arrival at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College at Wadala. on 11th January 1982, ACP Crime Branch of Mumbai Police, Mr. Samson appointed a team lead by Police Inspector Bhide, Raja Tambat & Isaque Bagwan on Mission Manya Surve. Police Inspector Isaque Bagwan Shot him in retaliation by four round of service revolver to death in front of Wadala Bus Depot and Ambedkar College. This was the First Police Encounter in the Police History of India and Mumbai. Many Rumors and Fake confessions made by Media Reports and Crime Novels that Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim enforced Mumbai Police to encounter Manya Surve in revenge of murder of his brother Sabir Kaskar. But ACP Isaque Bagwan refused that it was planned encounter. It is very necessary to kill Gangster like Manya Surve. He had brutal mentality and created terror among police and businessman was his aim. He was not any more connected with Pathan Gang, Dawood Gang. He wanted to make his own gang and live like a king of Mumbai Underworld. ACP Isaque Bagwan revealed many secrets of Manya Surve, Dawood Ibrahim, Karim Lala, Bada Rajan, Chhota Rajan, Rama Naik, Arun Gawali, Babu Reshim, Sheikh Munir and the Gangsters, Sharp Shooters of Mumbai Underworld. Mr. Isaque Bagwan Refused his glorification as a First Hindu Don and connection of Manya Surve with Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim.
