Lily of the Valley's Spikemuth Showdown tournament had over 100 signups and was one of the largest Spikemuth tournaments bridging the wait between the VGC World Championships and S/V's release. Both players had to go through difficult brackets, Daniele coming out victorious in a match against first seed in the Spikemuth Clash tournament prior. Xeno had just beaten maGicaUra who has won multiple online tours in the past and who was known for ranking high with Coalossal in prior seasons.
Daniele and Xeno both had balanced cores with some explosive damage options up their sleeves. Who would come out on top?
