Did you know this was a thing? I don't know why I didn't think about it before, but now that I've ventured down this lane, I may never go back! AND BONUS TIKTOK HACK for boiled eggs (have you see that spoon trick, I tried it, does it work?). Seriously, why has no one told me about this before? If you have an immersion circulator, you simply MUST do your eggs like this!!
185°F for 25 minutes. 5 minute ice bath. Peel like a dream.
