In this video I cover the door cards of Land Rover Defender 110 in Old English leather
I start by removing all the greece and dirt from the door cards, prep the surface before covering the door cards in the leather.
The Land rover defender is being restored by Coachman Defenders. https://coachman-defenders.co.uk/
The leather is from Crest JMT Leather based in Oldham in the north of England and is from there Old English range and the colour is Saddle.
This leather is a aniline finished, lightly buffed pull-up type of leather that gives a warm aged look.
The glue used is Tensorgrip T30, a high heat resistant plasticiser sprayable contact adhesive from The Glue People. https://www.thegluepeople.co.uk
The sewing machine used is a Mitsubishi LU2-410.
