Time to take the weight off and find relief! This pelvic floor workout is designed to ease tension, enhance strength and mobility, and promote better function in the entire core. Using the support of the wall, you’ll feel stable as you work through gentle yet effective movements that restore balance to your body.
Start with pliés using V, parallel, and relevé foot positions to encourage foot pliability and connection with the ground. As you move into Standing Side Leg Circles and Back Kicks, you’ll focus on hip mobility and building strength through controlled, flowing motions.
We’ll progress into the Standing Figure 4 Stretch and Wall-Supported RDL with a Twist, helping to release tension in the hips and back while also strengthening the hamstrings and core. Then it’s time to take it to the mat for Bridges—from Wide-Legged to Single-Leg variations with kickbacks and side drops. These moves target the glutes, lower back, and pelvic floor to create stability and ease. Modifications allow for hips to stay grounded, so this session meets you wherever you are today.
