Bike Mount Inside Vehicle DIY - No More Bike Rack!

I decided to fabricate something to transport my two mountain bikes in my 2003 Honda CR-V. I was not a fan of my spare tire mounted rack or really any externally mounted bike rack. I've had everything from paint chips to bikes coming loose and even falling off of external racks and I was tired of it.
