This documentary follows the emotional journey of six individuals as they attempt to achieve the one thing that could change their lives - control of their stutter. Lorry driver Tony, teacher Emily, pharmacist Mueid, photographer Jessica and schoolboys Riley and James take part in the McGuire Programme, an intensive residential course that claims it can transform a stammerer's speech in just four days. The coaches, former stammerers themselves, use physical and psychological techniques as they prepare the participants to give a speech in front of their family and friends.
