Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder (10 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2+1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup soda water /sparkling water
1 cup vegetable oil


Instructions:
1- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 10 inch bundt cake pan
2-In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Mix well until fully combined.
3- Add oil, sparkling water, vanilla extract and lemon zest mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients flour and baking powder and mix well.
4-Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5- Sift powdered sugar when it is cool.
